Second day of the supreme court think the claimant have the edge - a really excellent QC Lord Pankard you wouldn't mind him at your divorce but you would not be able to afford it anyway! The govt. side was ok but on and on and a bit convoluted thought he would never stop. Wonder if the Welsh and Scots will introduce something meaningful.
