Yes that's what he told her. He was at work til 8 . Had others interested which prob isn't a lie. I did point out if he was on his phone to be messaging her then he could get into his emails and get the receipt from see tickets out which would show the seats and row block number etc. She has paid him £150 via debit card to his bank acc. I could cry for her. I hope it works out ok

Maybe you should tell him you're aware the tickets you're buying have just been sold to someone else and see what he says...he'll probably choke on his bowl of scouse. He won't show validation, he's selling the same (non-existent) ticket to multiple parties at once and, another big red flag, he's "only" asking 150 quid when the going rate, like it or not, is 400 quid per ticket which suggests he's just fleecing as many people as he can for a sum low enough that they'll pay up without verification (assuming that to hand over 400 blind, you'd be much more likely to want proof.) I know a lot of people want Cup Final tickets but guys, exercise some judgment. As I said, there are plenty around and the going rate from safe sources is 400 quid a go. Expensive, yes, but less expensive than paying 150 quid for thin air. Either pay it or watch the game on TV.

When I was offered two membership numbers free of charge I still used the ref, the surname and also asked for the postal code of both parties so I could log them into the club website and check they were who they said they were and genuine and they were given to me free. I have a horrible feeling about this.
