"Tight" people who never buy a anyone a drink then somehow come up to someone they know at the bar whilst they are in the middle of buying a round. Used to know someone like this back in the 80s and he used to get away with it all the time ! I told him he was a "Joiner" because everytime he sees someone buying a round he joins them ! This bloke also used to make his girlfriend put 10p in a box near the telephone when she used it ! He was tighter than a camel's ar*e in a sandstorm.
