He may have concussion, side effects could be endless... i would rule him out to being his best anytime this season, sure he may return but will his injury heal so that he has full range of movement, would it hurt after an hour or in cold weather - luckily he is in top shape but the other end of the spectrum is some people get into this kinda situation and careers are never the same and claim all they can... obviously there are those who milk the system, but yeah, this could be a shame. Matt Jansen was the last one from us that had a life changing accident.

The whole idea of having a squad of 25 is that we should have cover for every position and in this case we do as Kelly can play there and according to Pardew Fryers is much improved and challenging for a place in the first 11
