I still believe it was a huge mistake to sell Jedi. People will point to how badly he's doing at Villa but towards the end of last season and even in the West Brom game he was one of the better players that day.

Both Cabaye and Ledley offer no protection for the back line; who look like a bunch of headless chickens right now, Defensive mid is an area we need to be looking at strengthening, there are some decent players in the league that could be options; Schnederlin, Dembele possibly.

We really missed a leader for that last goal, who was calling a defender or midfielder back to defend against the counter?

He has gone, forget it.
All this whining for ex players is pathetic and pointless.

Perhaps you can have more justification in saying not replacing Jedi. When you look at the likes of Kante at Chelski those type of players can be vital. Also Moses is playing incredibly well in his new role. Unfortunately our personnel at the back is very limited and narrow in formation, altho if you were looking for a player to fill that role then Flamini could be the player ? These limitations and chopping and changing do look worrying at the moment.

I don't see how you can say that. I was at the front of the Arthur in last season's match against Bournemouth and Jedi charged almost the length of the pitch with the ball right past us, looked like Usain Bolt. He's a magnificent athlete. I don't say "bring him back" but I'd like to stand up for him.

So we're not free to point out the huge problem in the DM position? Ledley and Cabaye are not doing the job. Pardew deserves criticism for making that position a problem.

Judging by the quotes from Wickham and Pards on BBC it certainly wasn't the "we" whoever they were ?

I can say it because its true. Who did he outpace in that (one) run?

We were sold this "team in transition" nonsense from Pardew. If he wanted to change the way we play, then she should have bought the midfielder to do it, instead we sold the only decent protection for the defence and brought no other midfielders in. Flamini was a panic buy, he wasn't fit, I doubt we'll see him play 4 games for the club.

Albeit white, with a beard, and running in treacle. But other than that, identical.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.
