SP is a good man and he should concentrate on developing the business and put a structure in place that reflects the growth of the club over the last few years This has to be in my humble opinion a proven football director of football matters who has the right contacts to attract the best coaching staff and players to CP. The current structure is not working because SP is much too close to AP and he sees him more as a close friend, consequently he is in danger of losing focus on the managers and teams performance (the stats which has said are not important are very much so!) which if not turned around soon will see us fast tracking back to the championship. I do think that any football director must have a good cv with proven success in top flight football and I also believe that AP or his successor should be in the DOF reporting structure.

But they have 21 points 9th in the table and are an established PL club which we should at least mirror!

Well that's what we are trying to do.
If I was in charge we would have had the missing 6 points.
