Realistically, Yann M'Villia on a free and Charlie Taylor (refusing to sign an extension on his contract which expires in 6 months).

That's a cheap 2 already at cost of probably no more than £5mil plus costs and agent fees. Could get 2 more with £15mil.

Patrick Van Aanholt for me. We need at left back and he fits the bill.

Only problem is would the Mackems sell to one of their relegation rivals though?

Would like this but would cost half of the £20mil. Taylor now and Aanholt in the summer if Sunderland get relegated would do us. Souare I'm afraid might never recover fully but we aid him as much as lossy to get career going again. Then also sell jelly and bring in another CB to add to Dann and Tomkins. Delaney stays if he wants and manager wants.

I think the one thing we can expect with BFS is that he will sign a couple of players we've never even heard of. I doubt he'll raid any of his former clubs and I'm hoping he can find a couple of gems like Kirschoff and Kone, like he did at Sunderland.

And whoever they are I fully expect half of the HOL posters to moan about them

People have missed the biggest issue wages we are already around the limit.

Some of the names listed are way beyond what we can get and also there is limits to how many loans you can have per season.

20mil really is not much to spend in Jan so i can see we would be trying to pay small amount upfront with installments.

Robertson from Hull would be a good shout for LB.

Seems a good player and likes to get forward. Out of contract in the summer.

Feel like Gibbs on loan is realistic and I'd imagine it would still leave us with plenty in the bank we'd probably only pay half or so of his wages. Also he is class.

Loic we need to get firing and fit by the end of Jan or terminate the loan.

McCarthy is the ideal partner to jimmy mac and would be the third club they played together at.

Morgan Schneiderlin (CDM) - would be a great addition to play along side macca. He's fallen so far down the pecking order at united, that a move could be most definitely on the cards; so why not throw our names into the mix.

Kieran Gibbs (LB) - This position clearly needs looking at, it's an obvious weakness at the moment, even though Kelly has been trying his best, we need some cover here! Gibbs could be that guy, even if we don't buy... a loan would be a very realistic option.
