If we don't turn up vs Bournemouth we will be slaughtered at there place. Sunderland is a must , stoke are not the same team we walked over . I think if we get stuck into boro it's winnable.... not going to predict wba as they are flying

Sunderland and Borough the most important what with them being so close to our points tally. Hard to know what to expect. If they come to Selhurst for a draw I can see them getting it. If they come for the win it actually might help us...as they say it might be first to score will take the points. Very nervous games though after our result against Swansea at home.

As I have already said in response to a similar comment, on another thread, IF we are relegated it won't be like the previous occasions. There's some really big money in play this time, so who knows what will happen at board-level? We have investors now who are likely to have a lot less patience than the benevolent owners of the past or those who bought the club in 2010. Our infrastructure is worse than most Championship clubs and is more League One in reality. If we go down this season, we'll have nothing whatsoever to show for four years in the PL. No renewal work at Selhurst Park, no significant improvements at Beckenham and a homeless academy. We're not a Newcastle, or even a Norwich, and the chances of us 'bouncing back' anytime soon would be bleak indeed. Without the PL money we won't be able to even do the essential work to the Main Stand and there's going to come a time when it (or parts of it) would have to be taken out of use. Unlike our friends on the south coast and in the frozen north east, we don't attract full houses outside the PL, just the opposite in fact. We'd lose every decent player we have and be left with those who everyone currently thinks need replacing. So to those pining for the Championship and, quite possibly beyond, be careful what you wish for.

Problem was our lack of strength in depth, which we identified at the start of the season. Oh how it has come back to bite us.
