It's amazing isn't it that Brighton are looking forward to playing in the top flight next season whilst quite a few of our supporters are happy playing second fiddle to them

At the risk of being called a "Plastic" again, personally I couldn't give a damn about the little team on the south coast unless we are actually playing or directly competing against them.If they go up good luck to them they will have deserved it although it will no doubt be a short stay.

I am only concerned about the team that I have been following for over 50 years who are currently a laughing stock.

Me neither but my comment was aimed at those that seem to be looking forward to being relegated

I live on the south coast, about 30 minutes train ride west of Brighton.

If I go to a local 'non-league' game I occasionally see Brighton supporters and I readily admit to getting embroiled in a contretemps with the oafs if they have made a derogatory remark against our club or celebrated the opposition scoring. Can't stand them.

But that's a different kettle of fish if they are abusing you above the level of banter. At the end of the day they love their team and we love ours and without supporters the game wouldn't survive.

We wouldn't have to suffer the refereeing incompetence of Mark "cock-up" Clattenburg.

They have not been abusing me.I have taken umbrage about their Anti-Palace rhetoric and sentiments. They love their team and hate ours and I'm sure our supporters are no different in respect of that 'Shower'.

You may cast your 'Line' but I'm NOT going to bite.

Where is the fun with the likes of Blackburn, Barnsley and all the other mediocre teams being seen in a league that is feeder for wannabe clubs and league one dreamers. Never seen such rubbish written. Premier league is where we have to be. Sadly Sam's 12.5% win rate puts him in the same managerial bracket as Mullery, enough said.

There are NO positives at all. If we go down our time in the Premiership will have accounted for nothing. Some quality players in that will go, some minor alterations to selhurst but nothing lasting, no future and no legacy. Make no mistake going down is a disaster in may ways.

I don't use the word "Disaster" for relegations as it is more appropriate for earthquakes and other things involving human tragedies but I understand your sentiments.

Yes it is deeply disappointing for us supporters but I also think about all those non-playing staff at clubs whose livelihood is taken away as they are removed from their duties.Very sad indeed and I feel for them.
