A draw would have kept Swansea in sight and kept Hull 2 points back but that was not to be. A Hull win keeps the boys on their toes for Watford.

Beat Watford, Burnley, Leicester & Hull and that will give us 37 points. That should be enough.

Hopefully Kane turning his ankle will mean he's out vs us.

I'm glad we also have better goal difference than most sides around the bottom; it can work out as the difference between relegation & survival. Overall, I'd hope for the bottom 3 to lose every time, but, as some bottom 6 sides play each other, a draw- or the bottom 3 side losing is always the best result for us. It would have been better for Swansea to beat Hull, therefore. Personally, I'm no good at this wait & see situation. I truly would much prefer mid-table blandness every season for my health's sake.

Both results yesterday, the Hull win and the Bournemouth win, were terrible results for us.

I know there will be fans looking up the table and see Swansea as a target but that is not our main priority.

Personally, I believe Hull are likely to escape relegation. They are in good form and I think people are missing the fact they have been picking up points because they aren't going on any noticeable run of wins.

For me, B'mouth were the team to be targeting, having not won a match in 2017 before yesterday they were dropping like a stone and there run in is not favourable towards them. Yesterday was the first of 3 games which will either make or break their season. Hopefully they fail to achieve any more victories as I see it as most likely being S'land, 'Boro and B'mouth to go down if we pick up the points needed to escape.

whenever i watch 2 teams down the bottom of the table fighting it out, i usually want the weaker to lose and effectively get marooned ......

hull winning was not good. Forget about Swansea, somebody must fill one of those seats on the trapdoor.

the bottom 6 teams are way way too closely bunched. Even sunderland, as we discovered, still have teeth.

beat Watford and we drag Burnley and Watford right back in as we are 3 points behind them with a better goal difference.

Concentrate on what we do and not worry about others. we have some tough games coming up so need to get our act together. We have won 2 on the bounce so whilst everyone goes on about Hulls performances don't forget our own. We are right in this.

The important thing, for us to win. I'm all for clubs doing us a 'favour' but we can't rely on it. Clubs that do well in relegation battles are the ones that go out and do what needs to be done, for themselves.

Speculation he won't play again this season so not necessarily.

A draw would have been the perfect result. No good for either of them. But the Swansea defeat isn't the end of the world. It means the sheep-lovers are definitely still in the relegation mix.

Win 3 of our remaining home games and I think we stay up. Given that includes Watford, Burnley, Leicester, and Hull then that should be achievable.
