I do feel sorry for the United Kingdom as I did grow up their fifty odd years ago and when I traveled to London a little while ago and haven't been their in a long while, what the hell has happened you might as well be in Delhi. What the people of that former Christian country must be thinking that have all moved out to Essex etc and Kent and before Gusset etc jumps on the band wagon I have many friends from all around the world off all colours . Third World country's bring Third World problems.

London is a helluvalot more entertaining, interesting, vibrant and cosmopolitan than it was back in the 70's. Especially Sundays when back then the centre and periphery were like a ghost town during the day. More noise, pollution and expense for sure but now it is a World city.

You can still get your fix of the olde London in the huge swathes that is the SW of it.

It doesn't really affect us now ... he (the Burka) was sacked and replaced by Allardyce last December!

The 70s was so much fun British culture not a culture from far away.

Forget UKIP, forget religion and think about the fact that making women cover up is about male control and little more.

That's true, and I do wish it wasn't a thing. But its the world we live in that some, a very few people, do wish to wear it.

I think we should certainly promote the right not to wear it in the UK and to protect those who choose not to, but it is fairly rare among Muslims (the Burkha).

True. You can't get fish 'n' chips in London no more, nor pubs, nor livemusic or comedy or nightclubs and all the beautiful historic buildings have been turned into extremist mosques by the muslamics.

Restaurants only sell halal meat too

The veil is equally oppressive, just not as overt.

Yeah, perhaps. Muslims make up 3% of the population and the pious ones must make up at least 0.3% so it could happen any day now, i suppose.

3 million will soon be 6 million. I think you underestimate how quickly populations can grow, especially when tens of thousands more are arriving every year.

Kermit it's not about colour or where you come from and we all come from somewhere ,Roman soldiers Saxon's Norman's etc but the very Christian ideas that the UK fought for a very long time, where was the vote for British people to change this ideology.
