Totally agree about piers Morgan. His behaviour hardly helped race / religious relations. Man's an utter c***. Hes loving it. Shouting over the top of IDS and Chaka umrah. Total prick. Think I will leave the t.v. off and read a book today

If you can afford a new TV or have good insurance I'd happily condone throwing heavy objects at the contemptible little prick's face? Although it would be better if you could actually throw the TV at him...

PS: It seems to be Sky that are saying the lobby but not seen that anywhere else yet. Guess it ties in unless the evil c**t wanted to make sure he saw the whole gig before setting it off!

Way to go Donald in muddying those waters by singling out Shia Iran again yesterday when we all know it is sunni extremists that need targeting right now.

Its the power of the pound note im afraid, or the dollar in trumps case, anything can be made ok with enough dosh chucked in the right direction, the saudis human rights is up there with china, yet he does a beautiful dance and looks like proper dick, but hes not of course, as hes an astute businessman!

The problem in the Uk mainly comes from pakistan.

Once again, warribbrists like IS actually attack the house of Saud. So I agree that while their ideology is a real problem they are just a part of a larger problem.

Still waiting to hear what your approach would be to the problem.

Excuse me, but reactions of anger and shock are not fairly responded to by accusing people of being 'idiots'. If you are going to do that then I'm interested to hear your solution to this problem.

Blaming security shows that unless you want to turn every event into airport security that you aren't really thinking about it.....And even if you could do that for some situations you still have plenty of others where it can't be done....For example the tube and countless other situations where large crowds gather....rush hour outside busy stations....it hardly takes much thought to work out that having security isn't going to stop the problem.....It just transfers the attack to a different target.

Another point is that the security services have successfully prevented many terrorist attacks in the last few years. The attacks that get through are not 'isolated incidents' as such, they are part of a concerted attack by totalitarian fascist groups.

It's just dawned on me that we were talking about it being the anniversary of Lee Rigby's murder in my local last night. Coincidence or does the 22nd May have some significance somewhere?

I agree with you there are lots of situations which cannot be prevented. The tube, a bus , shopping centre, public street the list is absolutely endless. If a terrorist wants to kill people htey will find a way. Totally agree . At the time daybreak said it happened INSIDE the arena. Hence my comments. It does appear from other people's comments it was in the public part before you enter security so I accept there's little which could have been done. But airport style security at concerts and sporting events I certainly wouldn't have a problem with. I have commented a few times on this site about the woeful bag searches which take place at games. A case of open the zip and glance in . Children are paid no attention to at all. It wouldn't take much for something like this to happen at a football ground somewhere.

And yes I do have a big problem with people spouting some of the things I have read this morning. Ban Islam in the UK. Send them all home and their families and their parent, grandparents . Shut the boarders now is a favourite one. I don't know what the answers are. I readily admit that otherwise I would be working in some role for the government and intelligence services if I did. But I do know that shouting shut the boarders and ban Islam in this country isn't helpful and isn't going to do anything.

Did people really say things like this when the ira were in full swing? Ban Catholicism, send all the Irish home , shut the boarders. Did they?
