My mum still says "If you go round talking like that someone will punch you on the nose". No one young ever considers being punched specifically on the nose to be their man concern any more.

As a teenager used to get older and bigger teenager or 2 come up to me from nowhere and start with 'why you looking at me' when I didn't even know they existed. How brave. Never got beaten up with this but did get punched on the back of the head getting off the bus outside The Half Moon opposite West Croydon Station for no reason by someone quite a bit older and bigger.
