Pretty stupid comment by Adebayor. He did get fit and want to perform well for us but the Palace system of having him as lone striker meant that he would not get service. Benteke would benefit from a good partner up front IMO he has done ok. Its the same problem whoever you get.

He just wasn't Ian Wright and we spunked quite a lot of money on him. Brolin I'll give you - would have been great about 7 years earlier.
