SP will decide what is in the interests of the club based on what he knows about the minutiae of transfer activity. I would not expect him to pass comment on every player linked to us in the media as part of the usual media frenzy in pre-season. It is best to engage in discussions behind the scenes and make an announcement when the deal is done. You might disagree, and you are within your rights to take a different position as me on this one.I respect this.

Noise coming out of Porto sounds like we're interested so not sure why anyone would expect Parish to come out and deny we're interested as it's most likely that we ARE Edited by Goldfiinger (16 Jul 2017 10.12am)

With regard to Bruno Martins Indi once again its the media (Sky in particular) that assumed/guessed that Palace have jumped Stoke's ongoing dialogue/terms with Porto, agreed a deal and stolen him from under their noses. I believe the medical referred to in SP's tweet will be for Jasper Cillesson.

This leads to frustration to some people like yourself, if he doesn't comment on every media story about Palace.
