If this guy can play RB and def mid (and RCB) he can play wing back as well + Townsend, Ward and Tompkins and I think we're catered for there - although we're still looking at Almeida from Benfica apparently, but a verstaile forward (left footed baically who can play wide) is the priority now imho.

Happy with this signing if it goes through. I would suspect he'll play at RCB. I don't think he fits the mound of a RWB which would be quick, agile and gets forward well.

To me it's a real concern we haven't plugged the RWB position yet. It's probably gonna be Ward vs Huddersfield. Schlupp/PVA are the right type of players but with the wrong foot, could either of those two player there?

This is a useful view of his style of play. He is reported as reading the game well, quick acceleration, makes good attacking runs, good passer, etc. I think because of his flexibility, he could play either RCB or RWB.
