If Burke goes to West Bromwich even considering we've just hired a man who he described as a "father figure" at his previous club to help us complete transfers that doesn't make me overly confident about any other transfers!!!

Dougie knows exactly the sort of player that FdB is looking for and my belief is that if Burke joins West Brom it's because Dougie has said that he isn't what we need.

Just trying to point out the only source at the time i posted was a local paper and was prob just me being too lazy to write out newspaper in full on the fone....sorry telephone :P

We can't really compete with West Brom at the moment, and teams like West Ham and Southampton are completely out of reach. If Zaha had no local connection, we wouldn't have bought him from MU. Really frustrated to see the likes of Brighton and Huddersfield bringing in players that I personally think would have helped us a lot.
