So I think with FDB it's only a matter of time. I'm not hearing too much public support for him from either the players or Steve Parish. And we find ourselves going into our 5th. consecutive season in the Premier League with a manager that nobody really wants, only one recognised striker and little genuine competition for the goalkeeping position currently occupied by a player widely considered to be one of the weakest at this level. Thanks for delivering Sakho Steve, but you are presiding over a mess at the moment.

Was only a couple of years ago De boer and bilic were the 2 most sought after managers in Europe, now the two most likely to be sacked next. Look at Burnley, even tho it's hypothetical, I doubt very much they would be in as strong a position as they would be if they sacked dyche after relegation. I still belive pardew was a great match for our club, ex player, British, experience but still young and ambitious. Can't belive he was stupid enough to not identify the left back, then try to change our play so drastically.

My position was more silva, Pellegrino, Dyche well before Frank and if Frank was to work his changes would need to be gradual. I didn't say he wouldn't succeed. I said he should take things steadily and the others stood more of a chance of success than Frank, slow or not. I agree on more time. 10 games I'm not sure on. Depends on what happens. I hope it works out, but I doubt it will persisting with 3 CB's which will possibly confirm the sack if there's any doubt.

I'd say his already failed but could save himself and a bit of face if he goes completely against his philosophy and reverts back to a more direct approach, if he can adapt then fair play but he would of still failed with his intentions of turning us into Barcelona over night.

The system he wants to play is a defensive and uncreative one. We have played 7 games under Frank and scored just 4 goals 2 in one game. The 2 home league games we have played both 1st halves in 3-4-3 were pathetic. It was only when we switched we looked more dangerous. If Frank cant see this he is seriously dumb
