P5 L5 could well be the outcome, mind you we may score a goal .... an OG would be most welcome right now.

Although without question the team looked and played much better today, the defence looked better and Dann looked much more assertive as did CB who at least was chasing defenders and making spaces for others, Lee should have never been selected he just cannot cut it at this level. The big problem we have is who is going to score, we had many chances today but we do not have a killer striker who can sniff out chances from nothing and who is exceptionally quick. Punch is becoming a joker in the pack, should not be captain, his shots and passing goes all over the place except where they are supposed to go. not sure FDB could be faulted today, except maybe his final selection but bearing in mind his options at present are fairly limited I think we have to point the finger at lack of investment in the last transfer window and that must be down to SP.

Didn't hear too much of what Pardew said as I watched it in the pub but for a bloke to be commenting who was unable to keep the squad at the required basic fitness levels(as was unquestionably the case)is pretty amusing really. What a C0ck.

What a C0ck. He said we didn't pass it enough! We actually looked good at passing today because Burnley weren't remotely interested in dominating possession.
