Give him the season, we can't keep changing managers

13-15. We’re capable of picking up 20-25 in the second half of the season with the right signings and right binnings.

The signings will be up to Roy.
Do not expect any binnings the players to be binned Mutch etc will simply see out there contracts.
Some big decisions to be made in January on lots of contracts.
Hopefully Steve gets Rudi to sort it all out .!!!!!
Apparently it’s easy with hindsight.

We now have a manager/coach that have shown progress despite squad deficiencies.
A change of manager should not be in question at this point in time.

We move in the direction of our thoughts.
Just think a little.

As I said on an earlier thread think Roy will be here this season and next - regardless - unless he decides he's had enough of course.
We need some stability be that in the EPL or not.

If you read today's cr@p that Midlands is trying to invent I said Frank was the wrong man before we hired him and then got on board after we did to try and be positive because truth and reality isn't allowed on this site. Check it out.

I also said 1 left back, no replacement for Jedi and 1 striker could turn out to be fatal errors.

It isn't easy, which is why taking chances or not listening to people who highlighters squad deficiencies is what he should be doing.

Hodgson isn't the problem.

Agreed.... Roy will be here until the end of the season no matter what. The board staked everything on sacking De Boer and appointing him so I'm sorry but no way will they get rid of him.

Besides this isn't his team. He deserves the transfer window in January to try and bring in players he wants.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

January if no improvement and then a frantic rush to buy players but who is an ideal replacement especially if we are adrift at the bottom.

There already is a huge improvement, We were relegated if FDB stayed.

Yes agreed I want Steve to contact you,so you can pass on your wisdom.
I wanted to Win the Euro Lottery so I could buy Steve out and put you in charge.
We would be Champions League and have a State Of The Art Ground.
Plus we would sign all cost effective foreigners like Luca.
Anyhow going out for a beer now.
Try to enjoy the game tomorrow.

Hopefully Roy did what Pulis and Sam did and called the shots so there's no need for any from outside of pro football making them. Who advises or doesn't advise on leaving a SECOND striker till 10pm on deadline day is obviously no use. But you settle for sh1t if it makes you feel good. Hopefully Roy doesn't when it matters again.

He has all season unless he chooses to walk away from a perfected lost cause. Real damage TO DATE was done pre-season = how long this affects rest of season is looking 75% in favour 25% against , do you think?

I reckon the end of the season could see Roy retire, whether saved, or relegated.
I reckon he's already working with DF on transfer targets for January.
To sack him anytime before the end of the season, especially if there is no replacement manager available (DF ?) would be widiculous
