2 year contract plus the shocking start we had made me believe that time decision was made by Steve and him in case the worst should happen so he also has the chance to get us back to The Prem.

Definitely stick. No matter what division we are in.

Yup. Prem or championship. In Croydon Roy we trust for all of 2019.

Great to see so many agreeing and trusting in Roy just hope the powers that be hold their nerve.

Absolutely stick with Roy. He will see us good. Good old boy was out there in the technical area in the pissing rain for the full 90 mins yesterday. That’s dedication.

Yes! - Roy has experience of both the EPL and also the championship - no more qualified for the job ahead..

Roy is doing a great job and knew what he was getting into. onward we go.

A few minor tweaks and tightenings and we could fly up the league

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

there are a few players i am cross with, but Roy will get the measure of them and either improve them or invite them to consider their future at another club.

The only shame is that we didnt recruit Roy over the summer.

Was unsure about Roy as a choice at the outset. But I am really quite encouraged with what we have seen, including

- appearing to know his strongest team
- having no obvious favourites, and spotting the players who were being carried
- having the respect of the players
- getting us playing decent football
- having a real shape, structure and organisation to the team
- realising that the youngest players may not be the best in the difficult circumstances

I think that FDB underestimating the Prem, and Wilf's long absence, have particularly contributed to us being where we are. But am really confident that we'll be out of the bottom six by the end of the season.

Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it..
