It would be remiss of me to speculate on a specific deal I have no way of knowing about. But I share your optimism because at least we've started early on this one, which is a far cry of the last five years where NOTHING was said for the whole window! Here's hoping!

PPS: Being 14th on the table, our superior relegations odds, our 7th listing on the form table, being the only team to really stick it up Man City, and our overall upwards and onwards trend, should do us a big favour in the current window.

I think we can relax a little regarding WBA, i don't think they have made a bid yet, they are waiting to see if there best DB goes to City, (no bid made yet according to Pards) but they are looking at options in case they loose him.

According to Roy, as far as he's aware, we've not even bid for this lad.
