Sorloth is potentially better than Benteke - but he need to be given an honest chance to prove it. What have we got to lose in our current predicament? I also blanche when I read Glen Murray has signed an extension to his contract with Bournemouth - ouch!

Benteke has been awful at goal scoring last 2 seasons but before that he was deadly, and scored for Villa right away when he moved to England. If I was a betting man I would give you incredible odds that Sorloth could become better then the Villa and first season at Palace version of Benteke.

The pearl you are looking for is that so far Sorloth has not had sufficient game time or starts for an informed opinion to be put forward. If anyone can predict whether someone will make it in the PL after 13 appearances, mostly cameos as sub, they are invaluable. Chelsea decided Salah was not up to it after 13 appearances, I am NOT suggesting Sorloth is ever to going to be as excellent as Salah but it demonstrates the point Originally posted by Dannyh.V2

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
