Those 3 letters answer everything, apart from the fact we had the money for Niasse and the money for the keeper we fecked up a second time in January.

F*ck me!

Sack Parrish, he’s sh*t, he’s out of his depth, he doesn’t know what he’s doing, he keeps making mistakes etc etc etc …

Have you heard yourselves!!!

We’ve been buying players who cost millions, we have plans for the restructure of Selhurst (which we now own … yes, own!!!), we have reached a cup final, beat some of the best teams in the land season after season, we have an experienced manager in Roy H, we have a director of football and some structure around transfers at last (which is why we didn’t do something stupid like bring Sturridge to Selhurst … he went off injured after 3 mins last night), we are in our 5th season in the top flight … the list goes on!!!

Get over yourselves some of you! We were on the brink a few years back, have made steady progress and our fighting for relegation against established clubs – who have been run a lot better than us over the last 50 years – in one of the toughest relegation fights in years. We also have an injury list as long as your arm and lost twice to Arsenal & Everton recently … prior to that some of you goons were probably thinking of European football next season!

AND, if we do go down! Then so be it … f*ck it, in fact! Some of the winging plastic fans might actually f*ck off with their unrealistic expectations. Always the same when we go up, the ‘want it yesterday’ brigade turn up!

Fair play SP and keep up the good work! Yep, you’ve made mistakes but they have always been in the best interest of CPFC ... from day 1.

Couldn't agree more. Spot on!

Has anyone tried checking those figures as I don't make it anything like £225m as my rough and ready calculations come out at £55m less than those figures

Have totted up our squad on what they cost and my valuations and it easily gets to 225.
Including Loans.

We have limited what we can do by signing a player for over £25 mil and towards £30 mil, not once, but twice. I don't know of many teams outside the top 6 who spend that much on a striker, but a CB?

I could understand the signing of Benteke as we hadn't found what we thought was the future striker at this level, but a CB? Sakho was immense last season but we signed him because our scouting and recruitment was p1ss poor, as it was in August 2016, which followed in January with us buying 2 left backs we could've found better if the recruitment was better prepared. We'll find out this summer what Parish has learnt and addressed because in this department there's yet to be any evidence it has, although Sørloth may prove progress, the keeper we have coming and the midfielder who wanted to come. Some potential to come if this gamble pays off.

As long as SAKHO is not always injured his signing at £30M is a bargain, compared to Ake at the Cherries and Dick Van Dyke at Liverpool.
Rudi do you have to find fault with Parish in every post.?
I think the whole board are aware of your thoughts.

Bargain for who?

One moment you'll argue we can't afford this and that and then you're telling me £30 mil (your figure) for a CB is a bargain, for us.

If we looked around and planned a bit more are you telling me £30 mil was the only good option?

Ain't read this cos it's bollocks. We are like everyone else, making up the numbers. Swansea, WBA, Southampton and Stoke have all had longer spells in the prem than us and been held up as glowing examples of how we should be run. Yeah, really, how's that working out for them.
In reality 13 clubs are all living on borrowed time in this division, it's just a question of how long you get. The top boys get far more money and are pulling away, the rest of us have found parity from the money.
Held us back, bollocks, it's one thing he hasn't done. Overreached, set standards too high, overpaid for players, made mistakes, but held us back, Crap!
Let's get the Venky's in.
Careful what you wish for.

Oh and I've never met SP or think the sun shines out of his arse. I just don't suffer from entitlement.

Much happier we've bought Axlendar than Nassie. Almost certain he'll turn out to be a far better and more valuable player for us long term.

Plans being submitted for a huge ground upgrade and yet Parish isn't able to progress us..?

Of course he's progressed us, just with some monumental f*** ups along the way.

Is he learning? Well we've now a DF so I guess he knows he needs help in that department.

Yes the whole board have taken a gamble and not been held to ransom during the January window. But isn't that the right thing to do rather than spunk money on more players way over valued?

Would be amazed if we go down, seeing how far we've fought back from, just can't see it happening. Am amazed at how many people think we will..
