This topic somehow took a left turn and ended up appearing on the Cavalieri thread.

The idea that Roy thinks of Sakho as fit but just a scaredy cat is a simple fabrication from the Daily Mail journos and other Press hacks to sell their bumwipe papers.

Sakho has said he doesn't feel right and Roy appears to have accepted that Sakho probably knows his own body quite well. He has lived with it quite intimately for a while apparently.

The guy puts his body on the line every time he plays, he gets injured often, yes, but he is not a coward not even close. He is the sort of player that throws himself in front of players and gives 100% when he plays. The guy was one of the main reasons we stayed up last season with some of his monstrous performances.

The only gutless people on here are the so called ‘fans’ slagging off one of our top players from behind their keyboards.

If he is saying he feels his calf, he shouldn’t play.
