Can we all take a month off these Willo posts. I mean, we all get that Willo thinks we are going to be relegated and there rest of us think there is a chance that we will not.

Willo is entitled to his opinion.

It is really tedious how every post is hijacked by discussions on Willo, his motives and the constant comings and going’s on Willo’s opinion. This was a good thread for a while but it has descended into the same old.

I think we need to understand the value of a positive mental attitude. If you think you'll succeed you're more likely to succeed and if you think you're f***ed then you probably are.

It's true that what we the fans say or do doesn't change the fact that it's down to the players and management to make happen what we need to happen. But if people whine, doom-monger, wet their pants, forecast s*** outcomes and generally panic, that can percolate from here and other social media through the fans in the stands and affect our support in the stadium, and our support in the stadium is one of the ingredients in our performance.

OTOH if the team and management know that the fans are 100% behind them and that they believe to a man that they will do the business then they're more likely to win matches.

What a dull forum this would be if the content were restricted to a single view of relentless positivity. Far and away the biggest influence on the 'atmosphere' at a match is what's going on on the pitch, plus it's entirely erroneous to associate pessimism with lack of support. I actually find relentless, and often unfounded, optimism just as trying as the opposite.

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

Palace to be relegated.

Looks a very big price especially if Zaha was to get injured again

He doesn't have the bollox to put his money where his mouth is. Too much sh1t there to fit it in.

What he's saying is it's down to the players and the fans there to give full support. Anything else has no impact on any of it and I agree with him. Plus it's my way of detaching myself from it as much as possible until minutes before the next few kick offs.

I have answered this already and did so without repugnant slurs.

Except in this case it's neither relentless nor unfounded.

The point is Willo is the only person on here who comes up with stuff with no basis other than mindless pessimism. He claims to have done "analysis" but refuses to share it. He's a WUM, which is what is annoying, not that he think's we'll go down. No analysis other than bad lack and performances for 5 games at below the level that form and quality suggests would predict us going down. True those things can happen and do happen, but there is no basis for believing that they are probable, other than unfounded pessimism.

Firstly I am NOT a "Troll". But well done for embarrassing yourself with such a ridiculous assertion.
Secondly, I am NOT a "Milquetoast" who is intimidated by visceral and vindictive bile. One can "Flame" but I won't cower into submission.

Perhaps the debate can now return to the subject matter instead of being infested by Anti-Willo rhetoric.

I have answered all these risible charges as I have about the ludicrous accusation that I am a so called "WUM" - nothing could be further than the truth.

I have posted my honest opinions regarding our prospects and ever expected the brickbats that have been aimed in my direction.I certainly wasn't seeking responses heaped with ordure nor to be truthful was I expecting any.

I have NOT "Sat on the fence" and dealt in obfuscation.I have been forthright in my views and I suspect high-grade ordnance will be dumped on me if I am proved wrong.
As Giraffes say "You don't get leaves unless you stick your neck out".
