It hasn't been dour because Palace have played good football not just all behind the ball and hoof.
I'm glad we can agree on something. Even when we have lost I thought we played well in parts and just didn't get the luck in some games. I have been pleasantly surprised at Roy's tactics, as you suggest he could have gone all negative which he hasn't.

Mathamatically we are not safe but it will take alot of freakish results for us to go down. As i've said before we will be officially safe when we send Stoke down next Saturday.

I saw this post on the comments section at 23.44 last night on the BBC comments on our match report v Leicester under the name of Glazier 17: ...As you can tell from my name I'm a very old Palace fan, I remember "Oldham". On the last day of the season I couldn't cope with another "Stockport game"' But on a happier note all the promotion celebrations starting with the 3-2 win over Fulham way back in 1969 were really great... Willo?

West Brom can't catch us nor can Stoke as they can only get 6 point if they win all their last games ! Only Southampton can jump us if the win their last 3 games which would give them 41 points .

The Oldham situation was different... only one team needed to make up the points. This time we need several. It is not totally impossible we will STILL go down but, man, so unlikely.

Yesterday a Stoke fan rang in to TalkSh!te and said he thought they would get out of the s*** they're in. He was sure they'd beat us. Everyone is going on about Southampton and swansea WHY? they will not get anywhere near us even if they could won all of there games which they can't and them you get Huddersfield does anyone think they will get 4 points from there 3 games no hope. WE ARE STAYING UP.
