Failure to submit accounts is a matter for Companies House. Failure to pay tax is a matter for HMRC. Regarding the former ‘Dave’ has already pointed to the CH website where you can read that the notice against CPFC 2010 has been withdrawn.

Also opens us up to possible sanctions by the FA and Premier League. Could include points deduction, transfer ban,anything they decide really so it is not clear cut. Has it been sorted? Presume it had by now.
