what you're missing is that lots of people don't want this either. There will be no like-for-like swap for anyone moving from block E - all the best seats in the other blocks will be taken and groups or friends/families that purposely sit together in block E will not be able to get a similarly decent group of seats in another block. That is the massive point you are missing or just don't care about and don't understand that it will turn some longtime fans off of the club and not bother going any more after being hounded out. You might feel ok about losing a few old fans that don't make any noise, but they've earned their right to sit where they want until they decide not to or until CPFC make a decision on the whole of the lower Holmesdale when the new stand is complete. For the record, I'd love an all singing and (in time) all standing section, but not at the cost of losing old boys and girls that have been going since long before most of the HF were born.

It’ll be those with more recent season ticket start dates who might be disappointed. Those long termers won’t.

Because nobody, nobody has ever claimed this, ever, until you have.

You do talk a lot of s*** don’t you, Rudi. It’s the typical ploy of yours to have a go and have a go and have a go again. And when someone lays out their opinions for you in detail and on a plate and you’ve got nothing left to sling, you resort to baseless childishness.

Lots of people claimed it in the Arthur at the time because it was happening. I’ve looked back on my old posts and mentioned it and no one seemed to bat an eyelid.

Do try to debate like an adult with people who disagree with you for once in your life. Stop being pedantic and attempting to take tiny segments of people’s statement of opinions in an attempt to disregard their broader point.

You know exactly what mine is, if you disagree with it fine, but do it like a functioning adult instead of a 4 year old.

but we go there for football and the team, thats the point im making,

they by there own design stopped getting everyone involved which it is so sad, they put there self's before the club and the team, hence why all those who didnt start the section think its the only thing we have at the club that gets the fans there,

me its the team not the fans I support, yes its sad, but as I said before its by there own design they stopped the section, nothing is stopping them from doing what they done before ,its just them

Not sure if its already been posted but the HF have put a statement up on social media which suggests the club have given them the green light from next season to start a singing section from the back of E. It says if you're interested contact the club box office to claim your seat.

Bloody great news as far as I'm concerned. I'll get my season ticket back as a result if I can get in (doubtful as down the pecking order).

If it goes ahead, this will be an amazing thing for the club. I don't think its particularly fair to move people from their long term seats but it's quite clearly for the greater good. Those inconvenienced should be given a free season ticket.

Ignore the above, it was actually the proposal they put to the club for this season. Sorry to get people's hopes up. I've already emailed the box office to apply - wally!

As it turned out, we got promoted and all losses were covered. Then the Americans came along and paid handsomely to help shoulder the financial burden. They did very well. And good luck to them.
Lets not over dramatise or exaggerate Parish's personal risks in his role though eh?

So parish invested understanding that the odds would massively favour for the next 5-10 years working at and running a football club with little guarantee on seeing a profit on his investment before selling up and getting back only what he had put back in, effectively working for a decade for free.

I'm sure you would go and work somewhere for the next 10 years with a huge risk of not getting paid a penny.
