Return of a proper DEAD thread

And for an actor who died of a heart attack, his agent could have worded his statement better,...
The veteran actor's agent, Todd Eisner, told NBC News his passing was "heartbreaking".

A real movie star, back before being an apology in trousers became fashionable.

liked him in The Mean Machine, and 'The End' with Dom Delouise, a psycho who murdered his father because he was 'too Polish', and there's Deliverance of course. R.I.P. to the hairy chested one.

Also with Dom deLuise in The Cannonball Run, a film so utterly absurd that it was actually very funny.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Deliverance; yes. I’m struggling to think of a better movie performance than that.

Burt was a very funny man. Was never a massive fan of his films but he was a big star once upon a time.
He is part of the fabric of my generation so it is a depressing day in that respect.

When Clint goes, I'm having a month of official mourning.

Wasn't he in The Longest Yard? Mean Machine was the Vinnie Jones one I think.
