The start of the 'sit back and hope for the best' run of fixtures.
Here's to a decent performance from the lads irrespective of the score.......within reason!

I think sitting back and countering is how we should be generally setting up anyway. Not going to complain about the lack of Meyer today because I think this will be a tougher line-up to crack (but still doesn't excuse starting Meyer against the likes of Wolves and Newcastle at home).

Agreed.
Wishful thinking i guess but Xhaka at LB could be the key.

Match very overshadowed by events at Leicester. Thoughts with family, friends, fans and staff of Leicester City. RIP.

Come on Palace.

I doubt he's ready to play more than a bit part, so Sorloth probably makes more sense in the short term.

Agreed... Can't see him being dropped so can't only assume he's picked up another knock... Hardly a surprise really..

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

I Don't think that roy knows his best first team. We have players available that are better the the ones we put out on the pitch.

We brought players in to improve the squad and they never get a look in. What was the point of buying anyone if you don't play them. If they're not good enough, then why did we buy them. Waste of money.

(Small rant over)

Not starting Meyer is a head scratcher for me considering that in midfield is where we're struggling. RH has been generally outcoached in the last few games but I guess his plan is to "crowd" the middle of the pitch, again. Hope Luka has a decent game today, been struggling lately.
