It’s amazing how hol has so many experts on everything; climate change, politics, law, even football.

Truly we are blessed.

Holding up traffic ffs. DELIBERATELY making diesel cars idle for much, much longer than they would have normally to protest about climate change!?!?!

Just a bunch of middle class, smelly agitators who should be at work.

Protest through life choices, stop buying their s*** and the big companies will have to take notice.

All these f***ers going home satisfied with a job well done with their pathetic, PR disaster protest, sticking the wood burner on, eating their unsustainable M&S steak and watching their TVs made in China completely oblivious that all these actions are contributing to the problem.

Exactly companies are sensitive to public pressure. They would be better at targeting specific issues that the public can understand e.g. a cola company produces X millions of plastic bottles each year which results in ... or coffee chain (plastic cups) So don't buy their products until they sort it.

If you target the market leaders their competitors will also change either to grab their business or because they don't want to be targetted next.

That all sounds very reasoned and thought out but you're missing the most important point:

How would this effective approach get you any attention and the satisfaction of being a nuisance?

Much better to glue yourself to a tube train.

That one made no sense gluing yourself to a DLR train which surely is more environmentally friendly than a car.

One idiot glued himself to the BP HQ. What the police and BP should have done is put up a wind breaker around him so the public couldn't see and just left him there.

"You can leave any time you like, hungry? thirsty? no ones stopping you. Oh you can't unglue yourself well here's my mobile, phone your mates see if they have any suggestions as to how you unglue yourself. The rest of us are just going to ignore you. "

Oh, and no plastic bottle to pee in either - glass or wet pants only!

Re-usable nappies (or just the ones we all used to have).

Terrys.

I think they've made a short lived comeback amongst this set of ponces.

Must be an unimaginable nightmare not having disposable nappies
