Cuppa tea and off to water the garden.

I'm not watching another 50 minutes of that $hit. Palace looked reasonable last game against Man Utd but they are dreadful again tonight. Zero for entertainment and zero for effort.

Very poor from Townsend who has seen better days.

However Ward was not in line with his defenders when they pushed out and 5ft 4in Podence just ran past him to score with a header.

Not sure his height is relevant, Warwick Davis would have scored that

An even game with little quality aside from their goal. Given we have a makeshift defence I'm surprised Wolves haven't applied more pressure. Not many options from the bench. Schlupp doing well so far.

That'll usually be the case when you stupidly give possession away on the edge of your own area. Horrible from Townsend. Our inability to pass the ball 10 meters damages us again.

You're taught not to pass the ball across the middle of your penalty area when you're 12, just in case someone intercepts or you miss the player you're passing to. Did Andros miss that talk from his coach? So terrible. We really need to move some of these players out, but who is going to want them?

Burnley, Villa, Leicester in recent memory.

Yeah exactly, to be clear I was speaking about the period as opposed to just this game lol

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Benteke would have put it past the post or over the bar.

Ward is a absolute joke of a RB. Offers nothing in attack and is consistently caught out for positioning or pace in defence. He was past it 2 years when AWB took over and it’s criminal we’ve let two transfer windows go by without replacing him.

That doesn’t mean anything. Point is for us, he plays in midfield and we play a different system to Senegal. He has played at CB for us before and looked suspect. Another one of Roy’s “experience before all else” decisions. Not even hating on roy for this game, we just have no attacking quality.

Maybe Kelly’s lack of match time was a factor

Here is a sobering thought. If as we expect we lose our last 8, then the second half of the season we will have played 19, won 4, drawn 3, lost 12. So that is 15 points in the second half of the season. That is relegation form in anyone’s book.

I think he would make a better centre back than midfielder.
Fair play for trying something different.

Although corners are still aimed at the far post.
Why not put them anywhere else. Like getting Scott Dann to make a charging run into the box?

With Kelly only just back to fitness. Kouyate was probably the right choice. Can't afford another injury. Plus he did well there last time when called upon. Wouldn't want to chuck Woods in there tbh... side note I didn't think players returning from loan were allowed to play (Woods).

Good Times guys, good times. This reminds me of the relegation season when we were called 'Crystal Palace nil'.
