Has anyone had to issued a section 21 6A ? its basically to remove Tennant for your own property .How much was the process if you have been unfortunately involved in getting one and any advice .Thanks

Unless you have tenants some 12 months in areas with their rent,or are guilty of serious anti social behaviours, believe a ban on evictions is in place until the end of March.

if you are having to go the legal route, make sure it is all in order. Some tenants know how to play the law, so it might get protracted and expensive. Be patient. "men with a van" is a useful back-up.

Too much at steak to any other than the legal route .Have contacted solicitor and know a lot of paperwork involved and will take time .But no idea of costs yet.But I do know everything favours the Tennant. Totally wrong .

I just downloaded a 6a and served it. As long as you did the GasSafe, How To Rent Guide and EPC. Also placed the deposit in a TDP scheme. If not it starts to get complex.
