Agreed. We aren't Man City and shouldn't even try to have two specialists for each position - and PvA is certainly a specialist left back (of a certain type). For all the suggestions about him playing in midfield he's never actually done it for club or country.

Put that way it suddenly seems to me that having both Mitchell and PvA at the club is a bit extravagant.
