McCarthy playing well. Should consider bringing Reidewald on for Luka. Eze won't beat AWB. Stick Townsend on the left and get him to shove in early balls to Benteke. Allow Eze and Ayew to swap between right wing a central roles. United will keep going from left to right until the midfield pair get knackered. Lots of fouls by United to stop any chance of a quick break.

Though defensively solid Palace have not had a shot in the first half Attack is the best form of defence - we need to show more ambition and then we might match Man Utd in the second half as they will surely up their game

Big fan of Gary Neville as a co-commentator, reads our game so well. What he said about Eze's lack of off the ball movement is bang on. Area of his game that needs work. When he does get the ball nobody is in space for him. His only option is to run with it and get closed down by 2 opponents. They e obviously spotted this on videos.

We look much better with Ayew behind Tekkers than Eze, who despite some mistakes has been more involved in 45 minutes than he did in the whole of the last two games when he was in the middle. United aren't closing us down that much which is helping us keep possession a bit better, but one thing I will repeat is how annoying it is that the big clubs repeatedly foul counter-attacking teams without recourse. Nearly every time we looked to break Andros, Ayew or Eze was fouled; so frustrating! The fact we are still in this is good news.
