The Court of Appeal is 90% male and 100% tory.

Court of Appeal is only there to challenge to identify if the process was followed correctly. It's not a re-trial

Gengis Khan would agree with you. He needed men to win all his Wars.

But he saved all the reproduction for himself. The randy fecker.

International Women ? Gengis targetted International women to create others.

The new police crime protest bill does absolutely nothing for women, it is purely tory property values and defence thereof.

Women obviously do not own statues.

Yet another reverse for women today with the court of Appeal allowing the CPS to bin rape cases.

It is all downhill for women in the 'blokish' tory heirachy, the chumocracy.

And it is often women, Patel Dick etc. who make their position worse.

You would think, being women themselves, they would be more sympathetic, but not a bit of it.

I think you need help mate. Your psyhci is a little strange. Maybe corbyn getting stuffed had a bigger effect than you realise.

There will always be men, who for whatever reason, will be violent against women. We all know that they are vulnerable and real men will always look to protect women from harm.

However, opportunists take events like this to push agendas that aren't real reflections of reality.

Three out of four murder victims in the UK are men....not women.

What we are seeing in the news today is much more a reflection of the media and how certain favoured groups are funded and given access than anything like a balanced assessment.

We need someone to be in the wrong and mend all the things that mysteriously break of their own accord

Women, on the other hand, are involved at all stages of life.

Abolish men.

Invite them for the vaccine and give them a cyanide pill instead.

Talking to someone yesterday whose Son knew her.
In the background of this mayhem are grieving Family and friends who are probably very angry at the way her (sad and shameful) murder has been hijacked by people who never knew her but who are intent on causing trouble on the back of her death and their loss.
That is shameful when you step back and think about it.
These "protestors" did it again in Parliament Square last night - not sure that I can find that report on the BBC website this morning?
Please correct me if I am wrong

"Professional" agitators who are probably part of "Extinction Rebellion" /"Reclaim the streets" etc etc.
Disgraceful behaviour during a public health crisis.

We supporters cannot support our professional teams in stadiums, we cannot support our 'Grassroots' teams, we cannot meet up with other family members, we have sacrificed so much during this pandemic, yet these reprobates believe it is acceptable to gather en-masse and the 'Blame' narrative is against the Police and not those who attach themselves to causes.
Disgraceful.

I have been hyperventilating about all these matters and annoying my dear wife with my incessant litany of laceration and high-decibel fulmination.

These are my last comments on this subject - Makes my darned blood boil so perhaps not good for health reasons.

It makes sense that most violence would be between men. If anything these stats make it even more shocking that a decent proportion of those with murderous intent are more than willing to slay a woman unable to defend herself.

That said, I do appreciate that the coverage seeks to paint a fairly hysterical 'rapist around every corner' outlook that targets and tars most men. I can certainly see why women think the law doesn't work well for them in this area, but at the same time it's not sensible to demonise men in such sweeping fashion.

As for the protests, while I certainly tow the covid line in thinking that it shouldn't have taken place to begin with at this moment in time, I can't help but think that it would have been more tactful and less hassle on this occasion to just have a hands off approach for this one vigil. The approach used just seems to make it inevitable that it'd multiply said protests.

It's one of those incidents that I worry about people getting too gungho about police clamp downs, at the same time that civil liberty annihilating bills are on the verge of being passed. It's another example of government playing people off against one another to the detriment of all. I would hope that no sensible person is unworried by the idea of imprisoned for years due to causing "serious annoyance" [Link]

Also under these new rules if you're on your way to a protest you can be deemed to be part of a 'one man protest' with ten months in jail for your troubles. All very V for Vendetta.

As much as there are no doubt protests that we all find nauseating or disagree with, are you not also concerned and hyperventilating at the egregiously sweeping attack of civil liberties that reactions like this are used to usher in? See previous post.

While I can certainly understand during a pandemic, why it's very important for all to be on the same page, the new The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts bill extended well beyond such moments in time and is disturbing in parts. As is always the case these laws will one day be used to batter down and imprison people you happen to agree with. At times we need to look beyond our own political allegiances to the bigger picture, because that's certainly what our overlords do.
