This is all just a mechanism whereby White people lose their jobs and are replaced by minorities. This might also apply to men in general, and perhaps even people with all their limbs. All very noble until people realize that they might be next. Be careful what you wish for.

Heard a recently retired policeman on the radio the other day say that unless people in the police come up with ideas for LGBTQ+++ and every other woke interest then forget about any promotions. You’ll get discarded. It’s very very obvious. It’s not even hidden as a reason.
