A lot of 'Essex boys' in my experience these days, whilst having working class routes, I would categorise as having grown up/become accustom to a middle class lifestyle with the added 'glitz n glamour' and faux cockney accent of course.

If that"s the case its all in the terms and conditions i"m sure spider- thats the deal, so no biggy! A bit like perks of a night shift- I saw nurses take a 2 hour kip in private room, then swop a few years back- all part of the job, or carers having sleep over duty, all part of the job sleeping! Just because tube and train drivers have got a good union- with good negotiated terms- shouldn"t get workers jealous- they have to get themselves good terms-with a good union!

God forbid we send a man home who has travelled in to work as cover and is not needed!
If that"s the case its all in the terms and conditions i"m sure spider- thats the deal, so no biggy! A bit like perks of a night shift- I saw nurses take a 2 hour kip in private room, then swop a few years back- all part of the job, or carers having sleep over duty, all part of the job sleeping! Just because tube and train drivers have got a good union- with good negotiated terms- shouldn"t get workers jealous- they have to get themselves good terms-with a good union!

This is going to backfire on the unions as by the time the strikes are over and seen to be a waste of time the offer will have dropped with inflation and Ts and Cs will be changed anyway. Remember the miners strikes? Not many pits survived did they? Even with that dope stirring it up daily. Money is actually god tbh!
