Shane Long always seams to do OK against us.

But if we can play the way we did in the first half, we'll be too strong for them.

JWP is always a threat from dead balls, and we're not great on that front, so its vital we are disciplined and don't go giving away silly free kicks.

I'll say another 3-1. PV's Palace are always aiming for 3, not 2. Same team. If Hughes plays there'll be better set pieces and corners more linkup play and Hughes might score. The defence is growing stornger with Tomkins by the minute. I'd give them 1 goal though: Palace to win 3-1.

It's never that simple with Palace is it? I had a feeling we would beat Everton but no such feeling for Southampton. I think I put a narrow win for us in the prediction league so I'll stick with that. Last minute winner for us.

I predicted Palace to beat Man City because THAT my friends is Palace, and I would not at all be surprised if Southampton gives us a fair old spanking, because THAT my friends is also Palace. I'm hoping I'm wrong and predict a 3-1 win to Palace: Why? I hear you ask? Because PV's Palace do NOT like being only two goals up. Palace would traditionally shut up shop after a one goal lead. Not the current team. They have had some bad experiences being in front by only a goal with minutes to go and at Everton when it went to 2-1 they were clearly less confident. No, this team will keep attacking until at least 3 goals ahead. I expect several 3-1 wins for Palace this season for those reasons.
