Here's an example of a country we should just bomb back to the stone ages & take over.

Saudi Arabia today under the current ruler is more liberal than its ever been, progress made (by & large) couldnt even have been considered 20 years ago, so in that aspect it should be applauded, of course they have hard liners who feel they have already gone too far so the ruler walks a fine line - choosing the battles that are winnable & leaving the rest for another day - you cant please all of the people all of the time & there will inevitably be things that SA does that the west will not approve of, as someone else said, its their country, its for them to get their own house in order & present themselves to the world in the best way they see fit.

Middle Eastern petro-dollars bought our entire political establishment decades ago.

Hence why Trump had to go. The oil price was effectively collapsing under the pressure of fracking technology aligned with other alternatives.

Now oil is through the roof, as is LPG (investigate the price hikes just in the last 48 hours. Should be front page news but it ain't).

Energy Autarky should be the number one priority of every national government in the West. The fact it ain't, is all you need to know about the malign influence of these wretched petro-dollars.

And don't even start me on why we have seen the murderous spread of Wabbism throughout the world. Again, all down to those same petro-dollars.

And the war on Yemen (sponsored by the US military industrial complex) might as well not be happening as far as our media are concerned.

Plenty of wars aren't covered - I can think of several that I never see on the news.

The Arthur Wait's 'war on urine' springs to mind. Mind you, it may well be a 'war on non-victorian health and safety standards'.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

That 'war' is a farce. Killing civilians, bombing s*** that has already been bombed and on occasion, just give the old global oil markets a bit of a scare, a supposed 'drone' attack.

For a very wealthy country, backed by the entire arms industries of the Western World, it is rather s*** at dealing with any actual fisticuffs.
