This kind of moderate social conservatism would trigger virtually everybody on BBS into a frenzy of righteous fervour, please someone, post it as a new thread over there

If untruths and bllshit are allowed to flourish unchallenged the forum will be the worse for it.

Opinions are not facts just because you believe them

I reckon they should get Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd involved.

Hahaha

On Sky Cinema it has in place of the film 'description' something along the lines of 'This film has outdated attitudes etc etc.'

It's good to know that Eddie Murphy has been labelled for what he is, a black man who's portrayal of black men is offensive to white people. Ahhh, woke.

Here's to you the famous red and blue.....

Keep seeing tweets about this party, so went and had a look at their website, where their manifesto seems to fit well with what many people on here are saying they want from a political party.

Anyone else been reading up about them?

Well, I remember you being quite conservative when you started posting but recently you only appear to have it in for conservatives. Forgive me if this impression is wrong.

Anyway do you really think posts on Hol are undermining attempts to resist Russia?

Surely you don't seriously think that the views posted here just haven't been thought within media or levels of government but instead somehow require posts on football forums....come on George, I can understand you disagreeing but this isn't that big a deal.

Surely you aren't saying that views countering the current narrative shouldn't be aired? That would be very similar to Wisbech's view of how people should just fall in line with the establishment and I'm sure that isn't your intent.

If you don't mind, I would prefer to state my approach myself! Which is not at all as you describe. I say things as I see them. If I think an "establishment" view is wrong, then I will say so. I think that Johnson is frequently wrong, and he is definitely part of the current "establishment". What it seems you don't like is being challenged on your rejection of almost the opinions you hold, some of which are much more "pro-establishment" than you would have us believe.

One man's moderate is another man's extreme. It all depends on your own perceptions.

Could it be just as much of a dangerous game to perpetually strategically act to keep one party out of power (and hence keep the other major party in) rather then create momentum behind a party or position that you actually believe in though? By which I mean, strategy has it helped or hindered bring about a country that is much aligned with your outlook longterm?

It's a tricky one though I appreciate. I certainly see merit in getting behind a single issue party that forces the hand of the big two (as happened with Brexit) but see how the Heritage Party and the like might turn people off by offering a their 'buffet' of beliefs that likely water down support instead of offering a central message.

The other alternative of course would be to campaign to change to a form of proportional representation. That's of course imperfect and involves compromise down the like between parties, but at least is much more likely to get people to cast a vote for beliefs they actually hold which may in term push certain ideas to the fore. Right now, the system encourages people to choose from one or two options really, neither of which appear be particularly well aligned with what voters for either party are looking for.

The two issue that needs addressing are mass immigration and asylum seekers. The government's policy or lack of it on the latter is a disgrace, and the former is completely unsustainable.

Any party that campaigns on those issues could get my vote.
Pretending that anyone who objects to the current situation is a Nazi is yesterday's nonsense.
As time passes, more and more people are seeing the disaster that looms and already exists for some as a result of these two problems.

I agree with all of that. I have remarkably little interest in making such comparisons outside of those advocating for or supporting circles where neo nazi types are unusually present. 99.9% of people will never do that, so it's largely a non issue.

I certainly agree that the shouting down for years of anyone with any immigration based concerns did and does more harm than good and helped no-one. For those with immigration concerns Brexit was a positive in one sense as it removed a larger (EU) that trumped our own government. Unfortunately, it was always rather predictable that our own government would just reframe the narrative and find ways to keep immigration numbers sky high. As is often said, it doesn't impact them (other than perhaps inflating the value of their homes) so they care little about its impact. I think potentially a single issue party could again tip the balance, but it has to be broad enough in nature, as there are a vast number of reasons why immigration can impact people. Too narrow and it will alienate and not get sufficiant support.

We live in a world where anti whites lecture us on 'racism' and
Transvestitves lecture us on human biology and
Baby killers lecture us on human rights and
Socialists lecture us on economics.

All brought to you by the defenders of neo and social liberalism.
