Quite a few reports that Chelsea are reluctant to sell to Newcastle because they see them as a direct rival and Conor doesn't want to go to Everton, unsurprising as they are a basket case at present. A loan for Conor would be fantastic and we should try and pull out the stops to make it happen. Personally, if he were to sign and remain fit, it could be the difference between not having to look over our shoulder or not. Especially given how many teams below us are spending quite a lot of money!

Palace like to get medicals done on Mondays if they can, trouble is the future off Palace can't promise European football, which is a shame, something wrong going wrong no stadium yet, if Palace promised we will try get into Europe next couple off seasons he would have come, Zaha goes end off season CG comes in but no more now , can't blame him as we have owners who can't move on to the the next level,not the American investors we ideally wanted, it's like a mix and pick off owners.

I wonder when he will realise he has no future at Chelsea ? Maybe now they have signed another dozen players he might see the writing on the wall ?

I still cant see Connor leaving this window, regardless of who they sign. He is a Chelsea fan, he's played this season, he's not going to give up on playing for his club at the first turn. If he spends the rest of the season on the bench maybe, but not now

I just can't see this happening but if it does then great but I feel shoring up our full back position and getting a young, lively forward is more vital now - always assuming the new French midfielder has the ball holding skill (and discipline) to make the grade.
