Is anybody working in the box office ? Bloody shambles. I bought my gold membership yesterday so I can buy Villa tickets... The website didn't work as it possibly has to update over night. I then rang and hung up after 23 mins of holding. Tried again and eventually got through after 46 mins. Shocker.

I've always found the infrastructure around customer service at our club extremely amateur and poor. Whether it be the debacle around kit releases, box office availability and returning calls/emails, running out of food on match days, loyalty points not being awarded, the season ticket mobile phone farce the list just seems to go on and on..
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Absolutely useless.Quick to take my money 4 days to go and no sign of my season card what do you have to do.Even resorted to phoning reception 02087686000 to complain but even they don't answer.!!
