Is anybody working in the box office ?
Have left 3 call back messages and sent 2 emails this week without any response so I decided to go to the box office in person and guess what ? They are in a meeting and nobody knows when they will be available!!!
Queue of people waiting to be served and nobody here , I am usually a great supporter of the box office staff but this service is poor

I usually find them good. Emailed them yesterday but no reply yet.

Like all businesses you cannot blame the front line staff so I say don’t take it out on them, they can only tell you what they’ve been told.

Me too- have phoned numerous times ...even after 9am this morning msg said box office closed, open at 9 !!

Agree with this.. I've always found the infrastructure around customer service at our club extremely amateur and poor.
It's always been a bit of a long standing joke but considering we're entering our 11th season is it? in the Premiership I don't find it that funny anymore.

Whether it be the debacle around kit releases, box office availability and returning calls/emails, running out of food on match days, loyalty points not being awarded, the season ticket mobile phone farce the list just seems to go on and on..

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!
