I do not know whether Mitchell is there only for the money or not but what we do know is that if he had been any good, Parish would have sold him by now for £50+ mil like he did AWB. The sad truth is that he not good enough for an EPL team and as someone has already said he is only there because we have no other options in that position and Parish doesn't want to splash the cash. His player rating at Villa five. he had 53 touches, 25 passes (76% accuracy) and made no key passes and only 4 tackles. A now experienced EPL player at THE lower level of the skill required for a defender tha in the EPL.
