There is a deluded poster on here, who claimed that Eze would be in the top 5 players in the world. From what I can see Eze is letting Vieira down with piss poor effort and performances, along with Edouard who missed the open goal with a clear header. You cant tell me Vieira tells them to play like that.[/qu

Guardiola said recently, Wilf, Olise and Eze are 3 outstanding players, i think he has some idea of a player, and Olise and Eze will be, but not with a appalling manager like Vieira

All nil nil draws as we cannot score, good thinking!

Yeah it’s a lot easier said then done when you haven’t won a game of football in over 3 months which is almost guaranteed.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I don't see PV turning it around. He has been unable to affect our lack of attacking threat over far too long a period. I don't think the managerial replacement needs to be long term. Short term is fine, but with 11 games to go and perhaps 11 or 12 points needed, a new manager bounce is required. I just think a change is needed.

100% agree.
Incentives, and big bonuses paid to keep us up.
In the financial cess pit,of the Premiership and World Football, there would be no shortage of a mercenary willing to take on the task and challenge to keep us up on a short term contract until the end of the season.
After all,It was apparently Einstein who said it was a sign of madness to keep doing the same things and expecting a different result and this is what we have under Vieira!!

Get the Arsenal game out of the way. 5 points from the following 5 easy peasey fixtures and we will be close to safe. Relax.

I think Vieira has massive PL and international experience. He has not lost the players, but loss of confidence does cause a loss of form. There's a bit of a bandwagon forming, and everyone loves a good sacking.

Give PV three matches after the Arsenal match and review the situation.

I think a lot of fans are deluded if they think we’ll get a quality manager in now.

It’s a mercenary like Sam Allardyce on a short term contract for a vast sum of money, or a out of work manager.

Welcome on board Frank or Stevie G.

I believe that Vieira will go after our inevitable defeat at Arsenal but I don’t think whoever replaces him will be able to save us. We have a run of games coming up against teams below us and they all have far more belief and determination than we do. I wouldn’t even be surprised if we finish bottom of the league come the end of the season.

Sean Dyche would have turned around our poor form......in my opinion.

sadly, that boat has already sailed......up the Mersey.

and for the life of me, i cannot think of another natural born manager....that is currently on the dole.

whether the rot at Palace is the fault of the manager, or the Board, or the players......you tell me. But i fear for our Prem survival

Take a close look at those Burnley line-ups Sean Dyche put out.
Culturally he would be a poor fit at CPFC.
A very poor fit who does not share the vision for the club of the current management team and board/owners.

He will be happy to know he can get wilf on a free in the summer and he manages a club that has enough resources to put in a bid for both eze and olise. He can call them outstanding all he wants, I can gaurentee he's not interested in signing any of them.

Viera's & Roberts exits have to surely come to an end after the Arsenal match if we lose again.
It will at least give whomever is coming in to replace Viera the international break to work with the squad before matches resume again.
There has to be a manager out there that can get a tune out of this squad!
Palace defend's like a top 6 team, has the makings of a mid table midfield but sadly has a relegation bound strike force!
Christ, Richards would have posed far more of a goal threat running around up front in the last few weeks rather than either sending on Mateta or Eudourd. Their goalscoring prowess and confidence are
completely shot to pieces.

He’ll be gone before weekend , serious speculation he’s already gone , bookies now 1/3 next premier league manager to leave , in my opinion, he’s already gone and Michael Carrick will be in charge for Leicester

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

I’m not sure Pat’s really suited to being a manAger. He has put on a lot of weight and looks really stressed out. Same with Roberts his sidekick. He is very round now.
