We were a bit dismissive of them and hard to blame our lack of more goals on anything more than a lack of urgency to stick it in the back of the net! A real desire for a bit more power, precision etc would have seen a bigger tally.

Should have won by more against a very poor side but we looked solid and organised as well as a real threat. Game management was well done too.

Ayew was MOTM for me. I thought he had a super game but nobody played badly. So much possession in an away game!

The real test comes next week. This was more about getting minutes into the legs hence, I suspect, the lack of substitutes.

Edouard took his goal well too, like a real striker should.

A very good perforance, the gap between SU and us is massive, back four excellent, Andersen looks my like Beckenbauer every game, full backs excellent, solid midfield, Eze pulling the strings, Ayew excellent, Schupp OK, probably Edouards best game, very promising, with Olise back or a Replacement of quality, Franca to come, and hopefully a CF to replace Mateta, IMHO things are looking good.
