Graham Potter ?

If Everton take another punishment from the FA then Sean Dyche may be reluctant to manage a Championship side ?

Seems a shame to speculate that our best chance of staying up may be Everton in the third relegation spot because of FFP punishments...
But thats where we find ourselves sadly and realistically we must start to plan for relegation...next year.

I could not stomach Potter taking over at Selhurst; I hear he still lives in Brighton and so would his heart really be in the job?

Yes I think this is the year we go bust and leave top flight.

Don’t see them lining up to take the managers job.

Ask yourself. Would you want the job.

Watching the Brentford game.
Would take their manager in a shot. No chance he would join us though!
Roy has got to go. As for replacements, Cooper is a charlatan - like Lampard, Rooney etc, so we don't need him.
I know we wont like it, but Potter is the best qualified to sort out the mess we are in.

I don’t know why people are hung up on Potter joining.

So what he managed at Brentford - Mourinho managed at Chelsea and spurs - it’s a job and career for them!

If he is the best or good fit at the time then that’s the best criteria to select from!

Evidently, I hear he was at the game as he is taking in football matches as a football fan!

all that really matters is a long CV , filled with much previous success. International experience. Ideally with much familiarity of the Premier League.

so its kinda like Roy, but not Roy.

maybe Mick McCarthy ?

Viera was a big mistake. As would be John Terry & Rooney.

but considering the shyte-show of our current form, i reckon Jurgan Klopp & Pep Guardiola couldn't rescue us.

Mourinho seems to never last more than 6 months before spoiling like cream on a hot Portuguese day. It also seems that other managers have now figured him out and he is no longer 'the special one'. Either that or he has so much money he is jaded and barely breaks a sweat anymore.

Surely the script is written and the stage is set for the return of Super Al, at least until the end of the season...

I would have liked to wait until the end of the season where more choice is available, but things are getting so bad i think we need to act now, and the only available one i would go for is Cooper, and he would be my fourth choice

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn
