Would take him in a heartbeat. A true striker with a great instinct and natural finisher. Someone up top questioned whether he'd get in ahead of Mateta. Admittedly, Mateta is doing well at the moment with his limited abililty...but Ings is in a different league.

Well he hasn’t scored for almost a year, so should slot straight into a Palace forward line up.
Following Palace since 25 Feb 1978 |

He was useful a few years ago but in his last 75 games for Villa & WHam he's scored 15 goals. That ratio would give us 3 or 4 by the end of the season.

He is hardly used at West Ham for a reason. He is not good work rate wise so useless for us plus he is on fair amount money. Moyes is an advanced version of Roy the way he plays.

I'd have liked him in the team 5 years ago but now he hardly gets a kick for a West Ham team missing Antonio. Hard pass

He’s only 31 and if he’s fit and can touch his toes without groaning about better days, I’d sign him on the cheap. £5m and a reasonable mid salary. He can knock them in and would be a good guy to have on the bench.

A proven finisher at the top level. We would be foolish to turn down if reasonably priced and available.

No matter how decent he is, would we even get 10 games out of him in the run in because he’s injured a lot these days. Especially as we won’t sign him till the last day of the window, then he’ll spend 3 or 4 games just coming off the bench at first, just not sure it would be worth it

Loan. Only if there is absolutely no other option. Purchase. Absolutely no way.
