Textor is running the club, not Parish, he just does what Textor tells him, has anyone considered that if Robert Franco who had a UK company called Texton Property ltd put his 5% with Textor thats 50% they would only need one of the 4% small investors to come onboard to attain overall control, which would certainly not go down well with Harris and Blitzer, or has it already happened? Textor has manipulated the 5% of his friend Franco to gain more than 50% holding, and if i am not mistaken that allows him to ask for an EGM to make the changes he wants to the voting rights, Parish, Blitzer and Harris together only come to 46%, i think Textor is without doubt owner of the club.

I dont actually agree , at least not at the moment - I know nothing but I have considered Harris + Blitzer + Parish (75% voting rights) as being on one team / of similar mindset (decisions reached largely based upon a risk averse / investment style) whereas Textor (25% voting rights) is more "gung ho" in his approach, hence his more aggressive press articles complaining that he isnt being involved in decisions (or at least not as involved as he would like to be) Obviously as we approach the end of the season, as you say given the %shares allocation ( rather than voting rights %ages) there may well then be an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders then & the balance of power may shift towards Textor- Anyone can see that leaving the voting rights as they are puts Textor in a disadvantaged position -he either needs to be able to negotiate a better voting rights deal for himself or sell up - but selling up without proportional voting rights will make the shares less attractive. I think the key is actually whether Harris & Blitzer are prepared to remain in place for more years or if they want to put their money into a club which offers a more lucrative investment arrangement & if they do want to jump ship who they sell to. I couldn’t care less which one of them is running the club as long as they make the right decisions. Bringing Roy in to replace PV worked for them, keeping Roy this season hasn’t. Hopefully changing managers and style with 14 games left turns out to be the right choice. We have a small points cushion and some decent new signings so on balance they may have made the right choice.

You are just anti Textor and now we are in hard times why am I not surprised you come out with these ridiculous claims. SP is in charge and it has been reported many times he is inline with 2 of the other Americans so more voting power.

If you look a trexton Property Ltd at company house, and see who was involved in that company, which lasted from 2017 to 2021, and cross reference them with Textors five company's you will see a pattern of why it was formed.
